About Me

I create mixed-media illustrations exploring the connection between nature, space, and consciousness – usually with some animal skulls mixed in! Pyrography, graphite with digital or traditional color, and watercolor with colored pencil are my mediums of choice.

My gravitation towards bright colors and flowing lines stems from a love of everything I see (or don’t see) in nature. Whether I’m swimming alongside colorful marine life in the Great Barrier Reef or finding a neat patch of moss while hiking in my home state, I am always inspired by the natural world and love to be immersed in it.

As an in-house designer and illustrator for the Ohio Division of Wildlife, RG Barry Brands, Highlights for Children, and Kroger Co. I have created work ranging from educational publications and large-scale posters, to website layouts, package design, and marketing email design. My freelance clients have included Gooseberry Patch Cookbooks, Experience Columbus, Dover Publishing, Cement Marketing, and BIBIBOP Asian Grill.
